City Vision provides information and products for sale on its website, subject to the general conditions of use and sale set out in this document. City Vision's aim is to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but it cannot avoid all risk of material error.

ORDER
You can only place an order if you are at least 18 years old. The technical steps for placing an order are as follows:
Log in or create a customer account, find and select a product, choose a product type from the menu on your screen, enter any additional information on the product page, then click "Add to basket". The item will automatically be transferred to your shopping basket, and the basket page will open. The minimum purchase per basket is €150 excluding VAT (excluding delivery costs), given that our customers are professionals and that we are wholesalers.
On the basket page, all the items you have selected are listed, along with their unit price. You can change the quantity of each item and confirm these changes by clicking on "Update". The total amount of your purchases is shown. You can continue shopping, proceed to checkout or return to the home page.
Clicking on "Checkout" will take you to the personal data page, where you must fill in the mandatory fields. To continue, you must accept the general terms and conditions. By clicking on "Confirm", your order is validated and you are redirected to the Crédit du Nord bank secure electronic payment site. Once payment has been validated, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. All orders will be confirmed by email as soon as possible. The contract between you and City Vision is concluded as soon as you receive this confirmation. City Vision cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the products and services.
PRICE
The prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. They are quoted in euros, exclusive of tax and carriage costs (packaging and shipping), which are specified separately. Most of our products are sold in boxes of 12, with assorted colours, as mentioned in the product description.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is mainly by credit card via a secure electronic payment service. If the bank details provided are incorrect or if your solvency is not confirmed, your order will be automatically cancelled.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
La livraison s’effectue à l’adresse fournie lors de la commande. Les lunettes de soleil en stock sont expédiées sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrables en France métropolitaine et sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrables en Europe. Pour les DROM-TOM, il est préférable de nous contacter avant de procéder au paiement, car les délais et les frais de livraison peuvent varier avec La Poste. Les frais de livraison sont calculés en fonction du poids des articles. Cependant, pour toute commande supérieure à 150 €, les frais de port sont offerts. En cas de rupture de stock prolongée (plus de 15 jours ouvrables), vous serez informé du nouveau délai et pourrez choisir de maintenir ou d’annuler votre commande.
DROIT DE RÉCLAMATION, TOLÉRANCE ET NON-CONFORMITÉ (B2B)
Toute réclamation concernant une commande (colis manquant, produit endommagé ou défaut majeur de fabrication) doit être adressée à City Vision par email ou lettre recommandée dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrés suivant la réception de la marchandise. Passé ce délai, la marchandise est réputée conforme et acceptée.
1. Standards du commerce de gros et absence de rétractation : Conformément aux usages du commerce de gros (B2B), nos ventes ne sont pas soumises au droit de rétractation grand public. Les exigences de contrôle qualité unitaire propres à la vente au détail ou aux opticiens ne sont pas applicables à nos produits.
2. Taux de tolérance : En raison de la fabrication industrielle et des tarifs appliqués, une marge de tolérance de 3% à 5% sur la quantité totale est appliquée pour les imperfections mineures (poussières ou traces nettoyables, légères variations d’ajustement, micro-imperfections n’altérant pas la fonction principale). Ces imperfections légères ne donneront lieu à aucun avoir, échange ou remboursement.
3. Traitement des défauts majeurs : En cas de défaut majeur avéré (produit cassé ou inutilisable) validé par notre service client, City Vision proposera à son choix :
Un réacheminement des pièces lors de votre prochaine commande ;
Un bon d’avoir valable sur vos futurs achats ;
Un remboursement directe.
City Vision se réserve le droit de refuser toute demande jugée abusive, malveillante ou non conforme à nos conditions B2B.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans l’accord préalable écrit de City Vision.
Frais de transport : City Vision n’est pas responsable des frais de transport pour le retour. Sauf vice caché majeur confirmé par notre expertise, les frais de transport restent à la charge exclusive du client.
Conditions de retour : Tout produit retourné doit l’être dans son emballage d’origine scellé, non ouvert, non abîmé et accompagné d’une copie de la facture.
Modalités de remboursement : En cas d’accord de remboursement, le client doit fournir ses coordonnées bancaires complètes (Nom de la banque, Titulaire, BIC et IBAN). Le remboursement ou l’émission de l’avoir interviendra sous 30 jours suivant la réception et la validation du retour dans nos locaux.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

City Vision reserves the right to discontinue at any time all or part of the supply of Products and services. City Vision endeavours to limit as far as possible any inconvenience caused by technical or material errors. However, the Website may not be error-free and it cannot be guaranteed that the Website will not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. City Vision accepts no responsibility for any such problems that may arise from use of the Website. To the extent permitted by the legislation of your country of residence, City Vision is not responsible for any damage caused during transport of the goods. If the goods are damaged in transit, we recommend that you do not use them. City Vision cannot be held responsible if the goods are not delivered on time due to the fault of the carrier or due to the manufacturer or supplier being out of stock. In both cases, it is advisable to hold the carrier liable. City Vision cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, including, without limitation, natural disasters, strikes, fires, floods, unavailability of means of transport or communications.
In any event, City Vision's liability is limited to the amount of the order you placed.

All products sold comply with the CE standard (CE certificate EN ISO 12312-1) and PPE 2016/425.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the site is protected by intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation from City Vision.
INTERPRETATION AND DIVISIBILITY
Any stipulation contrary to a mandatory legal provision will be adapted to comply with the regulations in force. If a stipulation of the general terms and conditions is declared null and void, the other stipulations remain valid.
